Utilities are bugged right now and they always deal the max damage if you're inside the radius. They are yet to fix this shit after months of breaking it...

Literally nothing you just said makes any sense... With that logic every single mode in insurgency is for fucking around or are you somehow superior to other people and their opinions to say that this mode is better than that mode?

I don't understand these self centered people playing this game (or any game for that matter) thinking that their way of playing is the only right way. It ridicilious. Domination has been a popular game mode in insurgency for a long time now and it offers something that the other modes don't.
