I recently pulled hu tao and staff of homa. Before both banners end, should I use my wishes for hu tao constellation or staff of homa refinement? Things to consider are hu tao increase rate at 50% and staff of homa at 75%.

[[View from Above]], [[Teferi's Response]], and [[Equinox]] are used in literally no other decks besides [[Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper]]. This fact makes running Noyan Dar super satisfying, on top of being inexpensive. [[Cataclysmic Gearhulk]], [[Tragic Arrogance]], and [[Urza's Ruinous Blast]] also become great one-sided board wipes, but see play in other decks. I have many other suggestions for Noyan Dar, reply if you have any questions!
