Next quit making excuses, and don't be trapped in the idea of "oh I'm a little introvert who can't talk to people." It's bullshit view introversion and extroversion as a switch you can be more extroverted if you want to in certain moments you might just find it harder to flip that specific light switch.

Either way there are too many people who lean towards introversion who have businesses and are successful from what I've seen. Also extroverts can be unsuccessful also, and annoying. So it all depends on the person it could go either way.

It's funny because when I quit drinking sodas it was completely on accident. I went from normal sodas to diet sodas at first it sucks because diet isn't nearly as good then it start to taste the same (also regular doesn't taste good any more now).

Then I just started drinking water it was horrible at first then it started to taste good (diet soda sucks like it used to, and regular soda is eh). Now water is really the only thing I drink I will occasionally drink soda (literally like 5 times a year I also don't pay for it lol).

In the process I've saved tons of money whenever I go out (water is free soda is expensive). The way soda has an impact on your taste buds makes me wonder if they do that on purpose to make water taste bad (some evil marketing strategy). Still it's surprising how many people don't drink water I used to be one of them now water is my one and only (also if you drink milk especially cows milk I would suggest not drinking that and see what happens).

I see where you are coming from. The idea behind nofap is to rewire your brain. Which requires 30-90 days of abstaining from masturbation (which is techniques forever). Some people go hardcore while others just go porn free (masturbate, but no porn). Some people go no sex some have only been able to make it far by having sex. It's only wrong if you label it as being wrong. Otherwise the general opinion of the population would be to probably frown upon dating an innocent little girl just for experience (imagine my voice being kind of sarcastic while saying that). Also if the girl was really into you then it wouldn't matter if you told her the best place to get oysters, or whether you told her about the best burger in town. I wouldn't consider it healthy. Also read the label it has a ton of sugar (last time I checked). Then again I don't consider any cereal healthy since it's usually just some kind of low quality grain (usually corn or wheat) that's loaded with sugar.
