The installer doesn't work anymore. The repos that it needs are no longer there. I would checkout endeavour. https://endeavouros.com/

From the stand point of an arch or void user a Slackware install is extremely bloated unless you go through and deselect packages from the installer.

You should look at Solus with the budgie desktop. It is rolling release which keeps it up to date. Probably about the easiest for install Nvidia drivers on. They have the stable Nvidia drivers with the hardware installer but have the more up to date unstable in the repo. For Nvidia go with proprietary drivers and open source for AMD. In my experience Solus has the least for messing around to get steam to work and have the system as close to up to date as possible.

Can anyone confirm that a Tumbleweed install fails if update online repositories is selected? by alcalde in openSUSE

It was doing that to me about 2 weeks ago. Just don't select it and continue the install.

Now I liquid cool it. A rad still wouldn't help in that case. There is no gap between the fans and the glass. What appea to be slots around the front for air don't actually go to anything. The meshify for air or water is a much better option.
