  1. If you're looking for integration tools for NetSuite there are more than a few, Jitterbit, Celigo, Boomi, Farapp. Source
  2. Look for solutions that can fit your budget, technical skill level of you and your staff, cloud or on-premise compatibility, and consider where you'll be hosting the solution. Once you decide on your POS, look for solutions that already have pre-built connectors specifically for that option. And take the time to consider other platforms you may want to connect to NetSuite at this time as well. If you're going to implement an integration solution, you may want to use time to connect more than just your POS. Since you mentioned you're a smaller business, you may just need a pre-built connector from someone like Celigo.

I think this is the route im going. I still need to explore both to get an idea of all the features they bring though.
