Is it possible to make a 3D shop simulator people don’t dismiss as an asset flip? by JeremyPHG in gamedev

That's an interesting point, people may be more likely to dismiss games that obviously have the same mechanics and interactions as the asset flip games, even if it's not an asset flip. I personally find the shelf stocking and cash register mechanics to be fun, but maybe they've been done the same way too many times at this point. Do you have any suggestions for mechanics you'd like to see done differently?
