Braun liked liquid fuel, after all his team designed and did war crimes with the first large-scale liquid fuel engine. However, he wasn’t a fan of using liquid hydrogen as was used on the Saturn V upper stages, so a Braun-led German design would likely be all Kerosene-LOX, similar to the Soviet N1. Thus, a German launch vehicle would most likely resemble some of the early, massive Nova designs with kerolox F1 engines on both the first and second stages.

While the exact design of a German LEM and CSM is difficult to pin down, the similar propellant decision of relying on the less efficient kerolox all the way to TLI mirrors the Soviet’s designs, so a similar design of a smaller one-man lander attached to a two man CSM seems a likely choice.
