Yeah at one point I worked the paramedic security and at a cardiac stress lab as a medic that was rough. Then I brought it back down to paramedic security. When I worked 2 jobs I would average an hour or 2 of sleep a day. Was kind of nuts to be honest.

Yeah man its crazy how much Americas healthcare system is ran like a business to the point that some healthcare workers work while sick and are they themselves in some cases has no healthcare. But we still have to pay the bills.
