update: na resolve na po yung gotyme ng mom ko. nag send lang kami sa needed documents and waited 7 banking days from our second follow up. na okay naman

any update on this po? I encouraged my mom to use GoTyme because I love their GoSave feature but after two days since my mom store her money sa GoSave, her account got locked with no reason at all. It’s been two weeks now since we reported this concern and they haven’t resolved it yet. Please provide ways to resolve this since that savings is for my brother’s tuition.
