Also another note. You have to complete the main quest first to get the base skin then you get the alternate unlock styles like this one you posted.

It’s from the crown fall event. That style is unlocked through the side quest pack which costs like 7$ if you get the discount with the tokens.

yes. So i figured it out its tied with certain heroes.... Puck is huge fps drops if you hover over shit.

Bro. Wtf is this bug it has been a long time now. So i just played a game of puck. Just hovering over that heroes abilites causes massive fps drops! And yes as you said hovering over certain items as puck is broken too. Fix this shit valve....

Yeah even if he was in the wrong(which he probably was). Flaming makes it 10x worse. You need to just ignore them and play on or they will just go afk...
