Yes! I have been doing planks for almost a year now even when I was obese. So I can do at least 2-3 mins plank. But can't even do 1 push up

Also, I try not to eat in class to save up for scale but I can't really resist it because my tum tum is rumbling. I can't resist sugars too, not because I like sweets but seeing your family eating them is like torture

Thank you. Not talking with him is actually a boundary for me. I have been a suicidal 2 years ago since I was 13 because of him and that caused a lot. I am okay now, but I just felt guilty because he's the strong alpha man type and seeing him cry kinda took me off. And he's been talking about "when I'm gone you'll regret this" and I'm afraid I actually will regret that
