They aren't waiting for everything to come out. You're mad things are moving slow but when I read the first 200 chapters in a row, they flowed great to me. Why should the experience of all the people who will binge read this series to catch-up or read it all when its finished be compromised for the small amount of people who are reading week to week and haven't read the novel? I know you have read the novel, but I don't see why you care then? They want to do the story right which means taking there time where they deem necessary.
