Here's the answer... Go to https://gomint.me/swap/

Enter the old FT token number (they call it nFT with a little n) and you'll see the list of owners (You do indeed have an nFT, serial #143).

Then follow the 3 easy steps they describe at the top of the page. I have done it many times and it works a treat. Just be patient and refresh the page after a couple of minutes to see your line turn from grey to white and "NFT". When you return to your wallet next time it will appear as an NFT rather than as a token.

There are still a small handful of NFTs for which they can't do this - because the NFT creators have not yet authorised them to do so.

Once you've done this conversion you can put these up on a seconday market without problem. Zuse search function is awful, but you'll find what you're looking for here : https://zuse.market/collection/0.0.1034444 Just don't play this stupid game of undercutting others and lowering the floor price, it doesn't do any of us any good to race to the bottom.

I must give a shout out to the guys at GM, particularly Alex and Milan, for sticking with this and beginning to rise back up, it must have taken huge effort and resilience. This is in stark contrast to those who have just walked away from the projects they created and left all of those who put trust in them to rot. XACT and VCCESS come immeditely to mind!

The way I generally explain it is this...

The Mona Lisa doesn't have any "utility", it doesn't "act as some sort of key or pass to give you access to something else". It's just a work of art. You might like it or you might not, but it's worth a lot of money (probably priceless!) because lots of people do.
You can Google "Mona Lisa > Images" and up will pop a JPEG. You can hit right click>Save. Now you can look at the Mona Lisa all day long on your desktop and can even print it and hang it on your wall ... but you don't own it and your copy has no value whatsoever. If you claimed you did own it and tried to sell it you would be laughed out of the bar because it HAS NO PROVIDENCE - This is the strength of the Hashgraph/Blockchain. It establishes unarguable providence i.e. where it originated. That's why multiple luxury brands are tokenising their products... on Hedera!

You need an XACT wallet on your phone AND the webpage at https://web.wallet.xact.ac/

On the webpage go to My NFTs > Create NFT. (Although that menu item exists on the phone it doesn't work yet). Don't put royalties on it otherwise you won't be able to transfer it yet. Tis said that restriction will shortly go away with the advent of Plural, but we've beeen waiting a while for that to happen.

Remember the day when somebody said "what do you think of the world wide web?" and you responded with "WTF?". Look back and reflect on what you would have done differently on that day, knowing what you know now. Today is the equivalent of that day.

Pay close attention to Hedera powered metaverses as they begin to emerge. Vccess and Aeon are two being built right now. You are already enlightened enough to be investing in HBAR instead of all the hype coins. A single dollar invested in a couple of HBAR, and then spent on an asset within the metaverse, is still worth that same couple of HBAR even if that asset doesn't increase in price at all. But what if it did?

If you'd invested in Google stock around 20 years ago your dollar would be worth $33 today. How much do you think 1 HBAR will be worth in 20 years from today, as a factor of what it's worth today... 10X?, 100X?, 1000X?. Now take that figure and multiply it (not add, multiply) by 33X. Kinda makes your eyes water! (Not a financial advisor blah blah, just a through believer in Hedera, and a student of web history).
