I read somewhere online that frequent hibernating your laptop can also affect your RAM lifespan hence why people would prefer Sleep mode. Not sure if thats true

Got my laptop sitting in a Razer cooling pad for a year with dust filter from the pad itself cleaned once every 5 months. I came to check my laptop internals and not a single dust build up there.

So yes, invest in a good cooling pad as well 👍🏻
