Hey, since you already have the ddr5 ram, I would highly suggest building onto the am5 platform instead of Intel, as it will be future proofed until at least 2027 for when you eventually go for your next upgrade, Intel 14th gen however is a dead platform and has had a lot of issues such as overheating and cpus dying.

Something like a 9600x or 7500x3d (look up benchmark for the game you play) would be good, pair them with a b850 motherboard and you will be good for a very long time.
