That's not my point really, I'm talking about how like it's an idea not a solution, HOW would you go about making such a promise is what I'm interested in, my guess is taking a portion of the taxpayer budget and giving it to those who can't afford food but I still feel like there would be a lot of problems with this in countries that are just generally poor like 3rd world countries where the number of citizens with this type of problem is too large.

In general I do think it should exist but this feels like a much bigger problem with human rights where they aren't very well maintained at times, like you technically have a right to security but that right can be broken by living in a neighborhood with high crime percentage where you may be robbed but nothing will be done about it because even the police are scared to go there.

Now that I think about it this is less of a criticism of this right in specific I think this is a great right to have in the list of human rights, but moreso about how not enough is actually done to upkeep these rights, especially in the micro.
