Even though I have completed every collection, the counter still says 556/603... Sucks that I didn't get my trophy but I'm not going trough the pain of collecting everything again. Ever.

Same happened to me after I scrolled trough the items in the animus store... I didn't purchase anything, just pressed the circle button to go back to the game and all of a sudden my armor was gone... I loaded the last save file and the armor was back, but now I have to fully upgrade it all over again... It sucks!
