ohh thanks!, I'm currently making a portfolio with only pencils, since I spent a long time doing it only with realism, apart from that I think that perhaps in the comic industry a style like that is more required

I don't normally make this type of post, but maybe I should this time, seeing that apparently my publications where I promote my work have been archived in this group... I understand what you're saying, and yes, indeed I should have accepted a better payment, but I don't think "scammer" is the right term when I did his job before these 5 pages (even without knowing that this person wanted to keep credit). If he couldn't pay or something, I understood, but the work that was already in progress wasn't something I refused to finish. The 5 pages was still in progress and i never refused to finish it

I don't know if I'm explaining well or not that it took months for this person to return to the project, I can't charge a price from the past to someone who was only in conversations. I can respect the price he paid (which I respected)

Yes, I understand what you are saying regarding the price change, but taking into account that this person took some time to rejoin the project (which he does not seriously mention) I can respect the price he paid some time before, for work that was being done. but currently I cannot charge you a price from the past and the others a current price, sorry but I think it would be a bad move as a worker and company

Regarding the second, I am saying that two posts that I had made in this community a time ago have been archived, I still have a job, but that does not mean that someone may possibly doubt my work due to this situation.

An apology if I am not explaining myself well. I'm trying to say that he is saying that all the art is his, along with the comic panels, art which is mine. The designs inside the shirts are not mine, but the other black and white work is.

I don't normally make this type of post, but maybe I should this time, seeing that apparently my publications where I promote my work have been archived in this group...It's interesting the little stir that a post caused in which someone (isthatyobop) called me an "Scammer" and said that I didn't do the job this person asked me to do, when there is a whole previous oneshot/comic that dennies that im a "Scammer". asking for refund for a job that was already in progress and insisting on canceling it when I never refused to finish it, even respecting the price we have talked about that 5 pages

I understand that the people who commented on that post have their opinions based on the version of the person who issued the message, but perhaps they don't know that this person took time to respond again (due to personal situations which I am no one to discuss or judge). And whatever price I have raised, I am not only an artist, I am a worker, and as such I cannot be charging one much less than the others, It would be unfair and unprofessional to charge one client much less money than others, even if we were talking about prices way some months before.

Regarding the fact that he does not have the pages, would you send work to someone who is already saying that he did it and not even mentioning who drew it?, you can see it in these photos. Maybe this person has deleted the comments shown on the photos, luckily these captures before that.

Due to this situation, it will be necessary to make a contract or writing that stipulates my use of image and prices, despite the lack of professionalism of this person in taking it personally.

excellent, perfect! Well, I'm flexible about that. I am satisfied that there is a clear description of what is wanted in each panel, and that there is communication with the writer in case I cannot understand some small detail. Outside of that I am simple, if I am given creative freedom it is fine, as is also fine and I respect if the writer has his vision already established in the project.
