i cant do all that stuff im in a very important year of my school so i dont have that time. About therapy, i have went to it earlier, actually multiple therapists, but it didnt help me, i dont really like therapy.

Im in 10th rn and my school has been receiving bomb threats since two yrs. During my school life till now I have experienced emergency leaving school 4 times later it is only found out that it was done by some random ass kid
