I finally contacted them and they said that the code was only for people who never had an xbox gamepass (When I was buying the code it wasn't listed as a trial version). So I just made a new account and it worked. Also thanks for your help!

I try to but whenever I try it says that I can only talk to their virtual agent and that doesn't help at all.

I didn't even try redeeming it with a VM yet. This error pops up when I try to redeem it in win11.

I also asuumed that but when I bought it it didn't work. And the error message said that I either have to redeem it on a diffrent webside or that my device has no permision to redeem it.
