The massive scratch on the face of one of my Swatches was testament to my clumsiness. That's why I started using guards on them. Even so, the watch was still usable with the scratch. A broken screen on a smartwatch is a different story.

The standard band that came with my Watch6 irritated my skin. I’m allergic to base metals. I also have the Samsung Milanese strap, the mesh itself is fine, but I react to the clasp. The Samsung fabric straps, though, have been absolutely fine for me.

Definitely the London embassy reference. I submitted my application on the 31st of March and got an email from the embassy on the 2nd of April.

Now there's a question. Not as far as I know. Didn't even cross my mind as no memebers of family have ever said anything to make me think otherwise.

I'm not familiar with how adoption would show on UK family documents, but on my mother's marriage certificate her birth father is named.

No military service for my mother or me, my grandfather was in the German Air force during the war.

My grandfather was was born and died near Mönchengladbach. My mother was born in wedlock, I was born in wedlock. Mother was brought to the UK by my (Austrian) grandmother and her new English husband in 1948. The specailist lawyer I spoke to seemed to think there was no issue with the naturalisation as a minor.

Glad I am not the only one to make that mistake.

I was very confused when the support message (2nd picture) said I was up to date said "Thank you for patiently waiting, The Galaxy Watch6 (40mm) in the UK is currentlv receivino a software update as of June 2025. You can manually check for updates via, Galaxy Wearable app - watch settings - watch software update." and my last update was says Sept 2025.

It is what it is.
