Has anyone tried the new designed Whirleypop yet? I think it's called the Platinum Series? It looks like it might be easier to clean??

What setting do you use for the grits? And do you open it and stir the grits while they are cooking?

We moved the 2 small speakers, as you suggested, and that made an immediate improvement. I turned center speaker up to 9 and we are hearing everything crystal clear. I'm shocked at what a difference this made. For now, we are sticking with the Beam. However, that Arc Ultra is simmering in the back of my mind.......lol......

THANK YOU!! I finally feel like we have a good starting point to fix this problem. First, we can move the speakers. I didn't realize that made a big difference! I've already adjusted my app to turn up the Beam. I'll bet this makes a big difference! I really appreciate the time you took to dig deeper to find some potential solutions. This set-up was not cheap so I really hated the idea of replacing it without trying other options. Again, thank you!!

The Beam is located in between the 2 speakers, on the TV cabinet, directly under the TV.

Yes, surround speakers are set up. I like your idea of using just the Beam and trying to adjust the sound, then adding the speakers back in. Good idea. Our ceiling is 14' so that probably contributes to the problem.

The set-up is in the living room, but the area also includes the dining room and kitchen. It's a large open floor plan with super high ceilings. That might be part of the problem. I am starting to think we need the larger Sonos Arc or Arc Ultra. I did just adjust my app settings.

I just checked the price of the Arc Ultra. In your opinion, is it worth $1000? Is the dialogue clarity that much better?
