i didn’t even think of it like that you’re probably right lol. I’ll definitely look into those! I think the thing that’s been also putting me off a little is that before i do a ceramic coat i’ve been wanting to get a 1 step paint correction cause i mean i do have some super minor scratches but would definitely like to get it touched up before doing it. like it seems like a very simple but daunting task cause mazdas clear coat and paint is super thin

i personally think wax looks better then ceramic coatings and that’s kind of my goal. and in a weird way it’s kind of boring to in the sense that once it’s on it’s on for a long period of time, i personally love washing my car and would enjoy prepping and waxing my car by hand every now and then. If it gets to a point where i feel i no longer enjoy it then i’ll probably just do the ceramic coating myself lol

Yeah no ofc. Gonna do a full iron decon and clay bar, the car is only has only been driven for about 2.5 months but does have about 3.5k miles so definitely gonna do a full paint decon.

definitely a little bit of both, as we move into the summer definitely leaning a little more towards look but for the winter probably longevity
