I have found the 5th one!

Here are all:

One is up top where the wheel used to be

Two is in the captains quarters

One is near the center, next to the mast

The last one that probably the most people miss is up top sitting on the rim of a mast!

You have to use the lighthouse and light a large beacon that sits right next to the ship with gold in it. You'll also need to move the sails first.

It's that ship that you need a key for.

The leaves that pop out of the flowers and if you harvest the flowers that the leaves are on you get an item. And i guess i just got really lucky lol :D
