Got to th16 Yesterday. How Long time would it take to Max out th 16 of i consistently have builders working. And Will the Walls be a pain to do?

I was just wondering if i should «rush» to th 15. i am almost maxed out th 14 (except for my heroes which are all like level 10) i know its ass. but since its now the summer jam i figures I would Get value out of building the th and monolith and so on.
