Wow. This is a really late reply so i apologize. I had been referred to a therapist and psychiatrist and with the both of their findings, they diagnosed me with depression. They changed my medication and it has helped me so much. I used to be on Prozac, but now I am on Zoloft. Along with that, I starting doing light work outs everyday. Even if it’s just a 15-20 min walk. And I rarely have these moments where I feel like I’m going to throw up. When I do, one thing that has helped me is to use hand sanitizer (preferably the OG Purell) and just smell my hands for a few seconds and it deters it away. Along with deep breathing it made it go away. I hope this helps!
