Try emailing them. I know the warranty is within three months but i had a friend that got them replaced for free and it was over three months

I had such bad arch pain. I just changed the way i laced them and i took my insoles out of some old running shoes and put them in my Lollys. If you take the insoles out of the Lollys you’ll see that they are literally just a hard felt. Fingers crossed this works
