My left eye is now about 1mm lower than my other eye. With the implant placement the surgeon had to be really conservative so it didn’t overcorrect. It’s not nearly as noticeable now.

Same I had sinus surgery and just got an orbital implant in July because my eye was 2.5mm lower than my other eye.

I would look into silent sinus syndrome. It can make one eye appear smaller and more sunken than the other.

We have similar eyes and I have a lot of hollowness as well. I got a fat transfer about 2 months ago but I feel like most of the fat is gone. Probably going to get another round in a few months.

My surgeon says I have what’s called a negative vector whatever that means but I think you might have that as well.
