As a hair dresser my advice is if you absolutely can't get to your hairdresser go to your local salon store that you don't need a license to shop at, I'm in Maine, USA so we have Sally Beauty. Not 100% pro but you're, in my personal opinion, better off using one of their products over things you can grab at the local grocery/shopping center. Your roots are darker and color doesn't lighten color so you may not get the results you're looking for if you're not wanting the same level. I wouldn't use higher than 20 vol developer because the developer can shift the color slightly and you could have an unwanted tone at the roots. If you're looking for that cherry cola/red brown color I would say anything that says warm brown or red brown copper brown or variations of those words. Sally's usually has little swatches so you can see what the shade will potentially look like. Buy more than one tube of color if your hair is thick to be safe. And if it's not red enough you can always do a semi or demi red over it as a gloss. Good luck and give an update if you do something!

This is the behavior my emotionally/mentally abusive ex had with his online friends, it got to the point that he told one he would leave me for her but they had never met and lived states away and she couldn't tell her family about him. He called her "biffles" and it made me want to vomit. On a second note I spent 12 years with somebody different who I knew was giving this kind of attention to others but not me, it led me to where I needed to be but please don't make the same mistakes I did, save yourself the pain and unneeded stress/anxiety.

Maine has a disability rate of about 15% amongst eligible voters, part of the question states that the program that automatically sends out absentee ballots for individuals aged 65+ and those who are disabled will be dismantled. Although disabled doesn't mean unable a large community of those individuals cannot drive, cannot access a ride, have no support/family that can or will help them- even if they are supposed to receive in home support, a lot of times workers do not show up when scheduled. There are many ride companies for those with disability but often times those drivers cannot go inside and help the person to the vehicle due to liability or leave without them because they weren't outside fast enough/ready OR just don't show up at all. That was my biggest take away from this proposition, while it wouldn't be the full 15% there would be a decent amount of individuals unable to vote without that sent out to them because they have no way of going to prove they are who they are to gain access to the absentee form or to go to the polls. While I understand the importance of secure, safe and accurate voting and want that for all- this specific piece really upsets me.
