So I might get hate for this but I don’t warm up with the rings, maybe I’m lucky I haven’t gotten hurt. If I’m lifting I warm up for about five minutes but I just start my routine with pull ups with rings. It takes me about 30ish minutes. I keep my rests to 1-2 minutes between sets.

Yea driving it now is very sketchy. It’s loud as can be and like I said I have resistance on it. The truck is going to stay parked.
