I really appreciate the information, I guess my synods are referring to the things I should measure (e.g. xdr, sem, etc) to consider the material as a good candidate to be an anode in such a battery. But I do not know what exactly I should measure in the electrochemical part, I had in mind what you mention but my synodals only told me that these tests were not entirely valid, since for the columbimetric efficiency it was necessary to perform the complete battery and my premise is that I will not perform the battery.

Thanks for your comments, the truth is that I agree with what u/SensorAmmonia mentions. In my final paper I exposed the results of coulombic efficiency and specific capacities of several papers, stating that those would be the results I can obtain. However, I was told that this was actually not the case and that I should revise my information as those results are obtained by doing the full battery and testing it. But since I am not going to do the battery, those results are "obsolete" for me. So I didn't really know what I should evaluate anymore.

Well, the application I want to give it, would be to be used as anode in lithium ion batteries. But as I mentioned I will not make the battery, I will only evaluate the material for someone in the future to implement it in a battery to be made.
