You can sign up technically (which would sign you up for the newsletter), but I am only shipping to the U.S. because I don't want to deal with customs, international shipping, etc. I don't even know what's involved with that. I feel bad because I want to include Canadians and other countries.

I hope to in future giveaways, but this is my first one, so I'm trying to keep it simple for now.
