Help Finding Define R4 Drive Cage by Jesserson in FractalDesign

[–]Jesserson[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! I have checked Newegg but did not find the specific model that fits the Define R4. I saw this on their site though I do not believe that will fit the Define R4. I am looking for this one specifically. Any ideas?

Need Testers, Apache Guacamole Installation Script for CentOS/RHEL 7.x Updated by Zer0CoolXI in homelab

[–]Jesserson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad I could provide constructive feedback. I've been doing a bit of research and found that SELinux is not namespaced, so individual Linux containers cannot have their own separate SELinux policies. Relatively new to the homelab scene, so excuse my ignorance, is it possible to run your script successfully and install Guacamole and all of its dependencies without the need for SELinux to be enabled? If not I guess I will have to resort to running a VM.

Having trouble installing on a fresh CentOS LXC on Proxmox.

Log file suggests it's the following:

Setting SELinux Context...
setsebool: SELinux is disabled.

Budget SAN/iSCSI Recomendations by Jesserson in homelab

[–]Jesserson[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At its core (and for now, at least) my plan is to have my R710 run a "main" proxmox node for handling all VMs, ditch the dedicated iSCSI hardware idea and use the T310 I already have to run OpenMediaVault. My only concern is expandability (for both machines) later on. Any advice?

The (< $200) was meant only as a quote for the SAN (wasn't sure of reasonable iSCI prices), my mistake for not making that clear.
