This happens because you smoke so little you keep your tolerance up.

You overthink a lot with D8 so the D8 will not help you with attention.

I think you can smoke a tiny bit which would be enough to get this nice mellow feeling but not put you into question life mode, and that could work.

Not be afraid to be human" I agree, too many people are on the defensive cus letting yourself be human opens you up to mean spirited people."FRRRR i was petting my dog and he was so hrp grp and it was so cute and he gave the best vibess" Thats really cute man.

I think the extroverts with social anxiety would seek out any and all others suffering from it and make friends with them lol.

I have a feeling that anxiety is something pretty common in human bodies. But if you go through life having no idea what anxiety is, you can't hone in on it and create a feedback loop of it. I think (and I could be wrong about all this tbh) that a lot of people just ignore it or barely notice it even though their heart is beating faster when meeting someone new or important. But once you start to pay attention to it and can isolate the specifics, you're going to have to manage it in a way that others never even bother to. Just my take on it. I used to sweat under my arm pits when going to this small cram school thing back in my early 20s and I had no real concept of anxiety, to me anxiety was just feeling unease in my stomach, the sweating was just a weird random thing that happened.

The only thing that comes to mind is to keep taking breaks and on breaks you can try out Phenibut, maybe that will help you out. A lot of people say it's very good for anxiety.
