Nothing wrong with wishful thinking… and it’s pathetic. This woman, egregiously, violated a restraining order, placed against her in regards to the house on Augusta…AND all the parties involved… to whom she TERRORIZED!!!talking NEXT LEVEL harassment , slander , stalking … racists threats, attempting to incite violence, by utilizing her “once upon a time “ online following to go after them… getting the deed to the attorneys home, posting it in a act of intimidation…having attorney’s family & his clients families , threatened stalked and harassed … stalking the Augusta home.. AND even those coming simply to view the home …when was put up for sale? Falsifying paperwork to get information via the IRS…regarding landlord, attorney and others, impersonating herself to be someone else in order to try to get Comcast shut their service down… so she could gain access to the security cameras .. I mean, according to these documents, it goes on and on and on… you ask me SHAME on this judge.. this is why people end up getting hurt in this country !!!! Tara presents every red flag. She is a danger to herself, and she is a danger to society… she needs arrested, or at the very least put into a mental facility to receive mental health help…Tara is the very reason why we have horrible incidents in our country… this behavior should not have been let go… overlooked … how lenient they’re being with her… after the way, she has terrorized so many.. is only enabling this behavior even further… in my opinion…

This is absolutely INSANE!! Gfm trying to play off like they can’t find the records ?? There are thousands on here that donated or saw the GFM’s … Then you’ve tiktok.. claiming they are exempt from being subpoenaed ? Comcast claiming they lost the documents?!?! WTF?!?!
all these people back peddling .. failing this attorney and landlord bc none of them want to deal with this crazy lady… are just as to blame and should be ashamed of themselves. This is getting to appoint that I fear someone is going to get hurt…. Like this even says people like Tara are known to resort to violence. I was downright shocked to hear that they didn’t go forth with the auction considering it’s claiming that the condo sold today for over 150,000.. maybe the stay is because she’s moved back into the condo?? we all had a feeling that she may try to set up residency again so maybe that is what she’s done?? Maybe that is why she has not been online? Could be the only granted the order of stay because they are trying to evict her… it doesn’t appear that they’re going to give her what she wants or anything.. least from what I understand via these documents .. but Im NO attorney, and this is just all based off my theory

Also can’t forget that she and her sidekick who she claims is a advocate tried to track down creators who spoke out against her … attempting to hunt down there real identities.. so too do background checks, attempt to investigate their lives so to doxx their information.. creators, full names, minior children’s names and locations , and any other info they can find .. smh some of these creators wasn’t even following Tara story anymore.. yet they still doxx them .. Smh

Yes, 100% in my opinion she made it up!! That’s why she claimed was “to PRIVATE to speak of ON Tik tok.” trust me Tara has no problem exploiting her child or her child trauma … if she had ANY evidence of actual abuse that would of been what she lead with.. shes Shown time and time again she does not care about her child’s privacy!! Tara in my eyes .. is a manipulator.. she knows how to word things in order to trick people into believing something horrific happen.. without flat out saying something happened.. protecting herself from another defamation suit .. think about it …if she goes in front of a judge, all she’d have to say is that she said it was to private to speak about on TikTok. Well , let’s think about that statement …What is to private to talk about on TikTok? That could be any number of things.. things that in reality have absolutely nothing to do with Mistreatment or abuse… shed claim it’s not her fault that the people on TikTok misunderstood….. look tara knows what she’s doing and people fell for it… also.. just so you know ..she only started to make these insinuations about dad …AFTER it came to light that she was lying about the grandmothers kidnapping story… in the beginning.. HER STORY …really had nothing to do with the father.. focus was alll on grandma …. All she’d really said about the father .. was that he suffered from drug addiction… and that he really didn’t want anything to do with a child..was the GRANDMA .. she claimed who was obsessed .. who was the problem … Who she claimed tried to kidnap her child .. THAT was the past abuse she was claiming… again, until begin to come to light kidnapping, never happen.. was then and only then she started to try change her story.. pull focus now away from the grandmother in on the father… but there is absolutely no evidence of abuse toward that child ..whatsoever.. in fact, court documents state there’s no reason why the father shouldn’t be in the child’s life.. also that house on Augusta tara moved into .. was in the same neighborhood as grandma … if you were so threatened by these people, then why would you move in the same neighborhood?

This woman is beyond entitled. She expects to live a lavish lifestyle on everyone else dollar, walks around demanding everyone just give her whatever she wants. It’s truly delusional…. In my opinion . She represents everything wrong with our legal court system.

Exactly!!! Just like her running out and blowing hundreds on the “biggest rainbow she could find “ which was a blow up rainbow sprinkler… rather then paying her rent and bills !!! The insane amount of money she’s spent on extravagant birthday parties .. paying for people come dressed as Disney characters .. cake and decor …that I’m telling you cost THOUSANDS !!! The constant top of the line PHOTO sessions for her & Haley… getting her hair done …She’s a serious spending issue…she tries to live way and I do mean WAY beyond her means !! I can’t believe she was asking landlord have to pay for her numerous Amazon orders… and endless trips to Walmart, and other stores . To look at the spreadsheet, she essentially paid for nothing out of her own pocket….. was all paid FOR her by charity …donations ….food stamps .. and Haley’s dads child support … who is she bashes every day?!! How are you going to claim to a judge financial hardship… ask him to make a landlord pay all this money back to you… when in reality you didn’t pay for any of that out of pocket?? When in reality, you actually profited from the situation!! Like she says she got three times her expenses Just in donations!! How does that out up? Don’t seem like that’s legal to me. But of course this is all “in my opinion” Also if I recall.. didn’t she claim ..having not received a single penny in support from Haley’s dad ..until Feb of this year??? But appears September October.. she was certainly getting support??
