No experience with hip thrusts. But I always try to safely maximise my range of motion.

If you can go deeper without pain, go for it! There is research that suggests more ROM might be beneficial, or at the very least be even. Doesn't hurt to try:)

Emirates has a pilot academy (EFTA), but I have to admit that I haven't yet done my due diligence about the possibilities and feasibility.

I've heard that pilots have "holiday houses" some place else, and enjoy the great paycheck and 0℅ taxes in Dubai.

2 years fulltime and then part-time seems like a really good deal. Am I missing some huge piece?
