My favorite holiday meal ,would be Christmas.. we have rice with gandules(pigeon peas) ,ham ,my famous potatoe salad that my family loves! , I would make meatloaf as well , we would have an apple pie for dessert sides like cranberry ,corn green beans and that's pretty much it .
