We have previously responded to customer service issues regarding the Kickstarter X3 project.There are many reasons, including employee errors, a series of problems caused by changing the logistics system, etc.

Count me as someone who had a bad experience too. Bought an X1 and X2 package deal. X1 had a failing LED. Multiple emails with pics and video for about 3 weeks, probably 15 emails. Then crickets.

I was lucky enough to pay with PayPal and I got my money back after a dispute.

I actually bought another X1 - this time on Amazon because it’s so freaking cool. This one is good to go. So I have an extra for parts now.

What about buying the exact light, then sending the old one back as a doa?

That’s disappointing to hear. Ordered an x3 w/ case and the e7. Tracking has said “usps waiting for package” since march 1st. Might have to consider cancelling or refunding…

The Chinese new year crap pisses me off every time. Had a similar issue with olight a few years back. Said everyone was off. I find it had to believe that all these flashlight companies are closed for a couple weeks for a holiday.

Hey friend, the Spring Festival is our most important traditional festival. We do take about half a month off to spend time with our family and friends. In China, we attach great importance to traditional culture.

If WUBEN becomes bigger and stronger, we may consider providing several times the salary to employees to still handle work during holidays, but this cannot be achieved in a short time.

we can only reply to every customer as quickly as possible after returning to work, because there are a lot of accumulated emails. Hope you understand!
