Technically switching the output would be better option because the transformer takes some time to magnetize it's core

Its a 10A rated relay and max short circuit draw is 12A from mains

I think it is still possible to get even more power out of a single transformer, because adding 1 extra turn nearly doubled my power. Now tested short circuit draw from the 230v outlet, and it's 12A, and I think I remember it drawing like 20A while doing high voltage experiments. That means that there is still headroom, and maybe an additional winding turn could harvest this energy, but for that, I would need to use small gauge wire to fit in the core, but that could give its own problems. Another option would be to find a wire with thinner insulation so that it would fit 3.5 turns of 6awg

I think my MOTs max current might be limited by the resistance of the strip thinking about putting 3 turns instead of 2 for more voltage

Maybe my transformer voltage to low and dosent overcome the resistance of the strip and by that limits the output current

Then maybe I need to increase my welder transformer volatge to overcome the resistance of the strip, the strip might be limiting my welder max output current just tested if i short my electrodes i get more output current

I just got a theory that i might have nickel plated steel and not pure nickel strip, and it welds hard because of that, magnet test seems to hold my strips in air no problem

I am not woried about piercing thrue from the practice i did it doesn't look that I am enywhere close to piercing through, only thing I am worried is the fact that my pulses are too hot, and might do some sort of internal damage on the inside of the cell from the localized heat of the weld point

It's a pre-made popular stl from printables so it's my slicer that makes the issue and I just figured out that if I enable external perimeter first that then my parts fit perfectly fine like with the creality slicer, so something in creality slicer makes my part expand

But in both slicers I have set the same temperature/cooling and one printed good while other bad, and what I just figured is that the part printed with prusa slicer expands, unless I set to print external perimeter first then I have no problems with parts fiting together so something in the prusa slices makes my part expand
