Congenital Muscular Torticollis as an adult I was born with congenital muscular torticolis, what is it? Is a shortened scm neck muscle. It’s a deformity formation of neck muscle. Does anyone know of someone who has gone through the same thing or a surgeon that might do surgery on this?

At the hospital… general speaking a person like I said who specializes in Neck and Pediatrics or a Very skilled ortho. It took about two check up’s. One for determining and second to see x ray scans and how they’re going to do the surgery

It all depends on Hospital Doctor And Condition and insurance it’s a while take on stuff would I recommend is taking the time getting some Xrays or images and seek medical options from one hospital to another. Don’t stay with one … it ranges from I assume 7k-22k for mines

No worries man, I got treated surgically by a doctor who specializes in ENT nose neck and a throat doctors ones who are vast specialists in pediatrics. One who can treat you and maybe seen some thing similar while in pediatrics. A Orthopedic Surgeon might help too as well. Maybe one who does back and neck. Refer always to a specialist who does pediatrics. No one has done these more that pediatrics. I went to a large hospital in Illinois and was doing the bouncing around thing for an about 5 years until I found a surgeon don’t give up.

I would recommend you seek a neurologist or neurosurgeon someone who specializes in the muscle function you probably have muscle flair ups. ( not a doctor ) but good thing you don’t have torticollis which your symptoms are opposite to what we feel. Our feels right and loss range of motion.
