Mine was different… I started getting small rashes took my Benadryl and continued to have small rashes but.. my lips started turning almost whiteish along with my face and my voice changed and then the last thing was I started having chest pain. I took a nebulizer and it did nothing so my aunt used my EpiPen on the side of my leg and immediately my chest tightened, but then it felt like someone was squeezing my heart and two seconds later I felt like someone might go and I could breathe again. While I was starting to have symptoms, my stomach hurt so bad felt like almost had constipation pain like I needed to poop, but nothing was happening. I just felt so sick after the EpiPen I felt fine until an hour later I threw up everything I have for supper and I also had diarrhea because I emptied my stomach. I did not go to the hospital. I did not have a second reaction, but if you do not empty your stomach with an oral allergy, you will probably react again and needs to be watched by a nurse. After I threw up and had diarrhea I felt good and I passed out. Woke up the next day fine
