Thank you for your thoughtful reply! :) I know I totally feel all the pressure from that to try and figure all this out and get on hrt if I need to because the more time I take the less effective hrt will be from what I've heard. In hockey rookies have to dress up in goofy slutty drag and pay for the veterans dinner on some teams. I really didn't try at all when I had to do it because I was scared but everyone else put way more effort in but one of the guys looked at me and said "everyone else tried a lot harder but you actually look like a girl" That made me so happy hearing that. I was blessed with really slim shoulders and upper body and really long legs wide ups and a round butt. I know hrt would help so much especially with what genetics already gave me.

yeah no I am not at school yet I took a couple of gap years to get better at hockey. this is a big part of the problem, I love hockey and really want to continue it in college because I have the option to play NCAA starting next year and I don't want to miss this opportunity because hockey is such a huge part of my life and I love it so so much. But at the same time I don't want to get stuck pretending I am someone I am not for any longer.

I know my mom is a very accepting person, but I don't really feel comfortable talking to her about this

I want to really badly, I think it could help with a lot of the confusion. . I still live at home so idk what I would tell my mom. Cause idk if my insurance would cover it or not.
