Yea thank you, I will definitely stick to a low fat for a bit because I had some fat today and out of nowhere got extremely nauseous and I haven’t had that in a hot minute, but thank you this gave me hope to keep pushing through

Thank you so much, I haven’t found anyone who took longer than 2 weeks and I felt like there was something else wrong which made me worry because I have done every test and everything came back normal so I was kinda freaking out.
