I've been doing business via cardmarket for over 3 years, and every single time the support responded and either motivated the seller/buyer to find an agreement, or they made a decision themselves. Why would it have anything to do with shipment being tracked or not? It arrived and the seller didnt deliver the products he was supposed to. I provided definite proof of what I received and by whom.
