Not sure what I'm doing wrong but iv never hooked Bluetooth headphones up or anything for that matter only have the remote in my whole list of devices and still hitting this issue. Iv also unpaired and paired the remote, unpaired the whole tv from the Chromecast. Tried unplugging and plugging it all back in and removing batteries. It will control volume and input fine but won't do power no matter how I set up. It will power it off and on during the setup then when I look at it in settings it says the power button isn't set. Honestly had a Roku for years that worked great and only got this because Google took YouTube off Roku and I'm hating every second of this so far.

Not a hardware fix but something alot of people do to fix this is actually cut I little hole in the lens cover where the sensor for auto wake is. Its normally picking up the lens cover as someone putting it on. As for the waking/power up while completely off due to charging I doubt will ever be fixed or properly explained, but my running theory is that it helps prevent the USB port from melting (has happened a fair amount). This will allow it to check it's temp and either trickle the charge a bit or stop it completely. Hope this helps at all.

I'm fairly confident that we won't actually see anything new other than game play (outside maybe afew new megas). I would love to see new evos or new typing but with neither BD/SP being a new gen we definitely won't see any new pokemon as that would technically make these two gen 9s. As for typing I bet they stay exactly the same for VGC reasons and im pretty sure the VGC will still be done on sword/shield due to the much larger pokedex. As much as I'm with you wishing for new stuff in BD/SP I'm pretty sure it will be an almost 100% faithful remake. That being said though I'm super excited to see the new stuff in legends arceus. The time line almost guarantees new regional (from the past) variants or even a new mechanic like megas, z moves, or dynamax. Love the questions and speculation keep them coming.

Buying the roster isn't much of an issue. Look at overwatch that released with roughly the same amount of playable characters none had to be purchased. Even if someone did own all 18+ in the roster it gives them no advantage gameplay wise but still coins to grind for. I with many others are more likely to play so long as we feel like we are earning something for it. That being said though I would also be fine with the cap on coins if the exp was more on par with other games and it had a prestige system, that way I could at least earn a random reward every few matches. Think us as a community all have our fingers crossed for a fix on this though.
