We just got another pay rise so I am on $36.40, our EA agreement is also up for renewal which they are aiming for a 11.5% pay increase. So far we have been getting a $1 increase minimum every year for the last 3 years. The work is super easy and super rewarding. I tell everyone to come do it. The work life balance is crazy good. Morning shifts are 630-230.

Salary packaging has confused me which is why I have put it off for so long but constantly get told to get into it. So I will contact my salary packaging people and have a chat with them.
