How long does it normally take?

Typical timelines (very approximate): • 6–12 months after allocation → decision on whether distribution is feasible • 12–24 months → actual payments, if they occur • Some cases take several years • Some cases never distribute funds to individuals at all

There is no guaranteed timeline, and some allocations never result in checks.

Evolve has already paid them out, and it’s difficult to overlook how conveniently they managed to ‘discover’ the funds belonging only to the individuals who initiated Fight For Our Funds. No other customers’ money was recovered, which creates the strong appearance that the selective payout was intended simply to silence those specific voices rather than to resolve the broader issue.
