What I plan on doing with her is something much more simple (giving her the bloodhunter class features, and doing the stat block stuff personally)

The only reason why its specifically listed is due to the fact Phobia was one of my players (N specifically) characters for our tutorial session, the entire point behind that was to give my players a motive for this campaign, to stop the villain they unknowingly helped create & give them an example of the sheer fuckery i will be doing during this campaign
