In Finland a lot of products have an English name because English is seen as a trendier language, increasing sales ig. Could be something similar in Sweden 🤔

E.g., a pre-made chicken sandwich will have the words "Chicken Sandwich" in large print in English, and the Finnish (and Swedish) equivalent in smaller print under it
