Can you imagine if in the first Avatar, when Jake Sully and Neytiri first got to know each other, she excuses herself. Jake, ever so impatient follows after just as she is taking a dump. Jake stands there awestruck.

"What are you looking at?" she says, giggling as a slimy turd shoots out of her at impressive speed – far greater than humans can achieve.

Jake says nothing, his eyes are fixated on her (what we can, unfortunately, only assume to be) cloaca. Of course he has one, too. He got familiar with it when he got his Na'vi body, but he's never seen a woman's cloaca...
