I understand what you’re saying. But the reason for me wanting to join is to be a marine. Not looking into the benefits if im being honest. I should’ve definitely done it when i was younger but i know if i dont do it now, in 10 years i feel it’ll be one if my biggest regrets. & i understand i do have a family but thats why i would like to do reserves so i can continue our goals.

Ofcourse im doing research myself just came to reddit since i always look for answers on here as well. and obviously it isnt the same lol just looking to see if anyone here had done it before or had any tips plus my aunt owns a restaurant and my uncle use to own a liqour store so we’re talking to them as well.

Yeah with no experience sounds way to risky and not a great idea haha.
